Client
Services Manager (CSM)
Locations: Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Chicago, Boston,
Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for customer satisfaction, repeat sales and project profitability. The CSM
serves as the primary customer interface and lead project manager for assigned clients.
The CSM will also be expected to and awarded for expanding customer relationships through
project scope changes, new solution sales and penetration in to new departments. The CSM
must also be able manage internal and external resources as well as ensure project
profitability.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proven success in managing complex projects resulting in high
customer satisfaction, deeper account penetration and healthy profit margins.
2. Effectively and professionally manage project deliverables, customer
expectations and sales executives and medical professionals.
3. Develop proposals and manage the creation of solutions and pricing
for new projects and scope changes
4. Identify follow-on sales opportunities, assist in development of
proposals closing deals as necessary.
5. Responsible for creating and gaining approval for project budgets and
weekly forecasts.
6. Accurately track project deliverables and schedules using MS Project
and other tools.
7. Provide weekly updates to management, including client satisfaction
issues, key dependencies and project variances.
8. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure a seamless
presentation of products and services to the Client.
9. Provide guidance and work closely with the project team and the
client to ensure that client expectations are properly set - and then exceeded.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent communication and project management skills.
2. Five years account management providing medical education, sales
training, and/or marketing solutions to the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies.
3. Experience in writing Proposals and Statements of Work to grow
business within an assigned client base.
4. Experience managing multiple fixed bid projects with accountability
for customer satisfaction and project profitability.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as MS Project and Visio.
6. Formal methodology experience with all phases of a Project Life Cycle
(PMP is desired).
7. BA/BS required - MBA preferred. |
