Product Development Engineer
Medical Devices
Location: Northeast

Design and project responsibility for the development of medical device products in accordance with cGMPs, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Will define product goals and create plans that will resolve problems and conduct experimentation that will obtain objectives. Will be involved with hands on design and prototype development in addition to supervision and mentoring of technician level staff. Provide support to the manufacturing and marketing departments, reduce product cycle times, development of computer-based theoretical models. Continuous discovery of product improvement and product development processes.

BS or MS in Mechanical / Biomedical Engineering
Minimum four years of experience in the medical device industry
Strong expertise in mechanical design, tooling and process development for complex miniature assemblies.
Good knowledge of regulations.
