Engineering Manager – Medical Device

The Engineering Manager will establish department goals, plan and execute budget and forecasting activities. Responsible for hiring, coaching and motivating employees. Provide support to the manufacturing and marketing departments, reduce product cycle times, development of computer-based theoretical models and use of automated systems. Coordinate clinical testing of new designs. Qualifications must include a technical degree plus
5 years experience of managing technical personnel. Strong analytical skills. Medical device experience is preferred but not necessary. Management of the
design of a technical product is essential.
