Industrial & Systems Engineer

Location: Ohio

Observe, analyze, document and report on production line and support operations leading to recommendations and implementations of business process improvements in the following areas: line speed, cycle time, downtime, yield, resource utilization, ergonomic and financial opportunities. Develop and maintain annual plant line speed and material loss budgets and other line operations performance reporting systems. Provide capital project and productivity improvement coordination support for plant programs and develop and monitor an asset management system to track depreciation for each area.

Education:

BSIE and/or Systems Engineering or equivalent business systems degree

Skills, Experience

A high degree of technical expertise, good communication skills, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal relations, teamwork and strategic focus. Knowledge of computer/information systems essential and familiarity with Client Server systems a plus.
