Oversee pharmaceutical
product development projects and the management of scientific professionals. Must have
strong technical background in pharmaceutical development. Will manage an R&D group
responsible for developing formulations for new products that are manufacturable, stable,
and approvable under current FDA guidelines. Leadership goals will be in direct pursuit of
development of CMC sections of NDAs, and will maintain current knowledge of regulatory and
technical developments within the industry. Perform sponsorship of new technology, support
of patent litigation, updating of processes, procedures, and policies. Participation is a
synergistic relationship with process development scientists and interaction with other
departments.
Masters w/ 5–10 years experience or
Ph.D. w/ 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical development and project management.
