Information Specialist, Sales Operations

 New Jersey

Maintain Sales Operations reporting system and database.  

Develop and produce reports detailing the effectiveness of the sales organization plus manage the transfer of data between various vendors.

 Assist with system administration of CRM application.

Create monthly updates and check results.

Develop new forms and reports.

Apply modifications to existing records.

BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years experience managing and designing databases.

Experience working with large data sets.

Experience with Visual Basic and SQL.

Pharmaceutical sales operations/reporting experience a plus.

Ability to work independently.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
